This project was to take a tired old 4 family property and revitalize it.
Building was gutted down to the studs and all new systems were installed. New electric service, new fire alarm system, all new plumbing, heating and water supply.
All units have Roxul AFB installed between units and common walls to reduce transmission of sound.
