We have been working on this project for 2 weeks. In that time we have managed to remove over 100 yards of garbage and debris, clean out the back yard, clean out the basement, remove all the old kitchen cabinets and 3 layers of old linoleum flooring. We expect to be finished with the whole building remodel in 4 more weeks.
We were hired to reposition this 7 family property in Hoboken as a condominium conversion. The owner wanted to remodel the kitchens and bathrooms in a modern style while maintaining a particular price-point which would allow them to sell units at the lowest end of the market.
Working with a highly talented interior designer we were able to devise a plan which achieved the overall modern aesthetic which staying within budget for both materials and labor.
In the first three days of marketing a unit went under contract with pre-construction pricing.
