Lou is originally from Rhode Island and has been involved with real estate, construction and development since 1991. Lou first started walking job sites at the age of five with his father Kenneth, who was a general contractor and cabinet maker by trade. Lou's experience in all phases of residential construction was learned on the site as an apprentice with his father.
Being raised in a construction family and having been involved in onsite construction for nearly 20 years, allows Lou to bring a true craftsman's eye to every detail on all jobs.
